How do I change my password and username?
Call Conxxus first to request a password or username change.
After your new username or password is confirmed, open Netscape Messenger.
Click on Edit, click on Preferences.
Click on the plus sign to the left of Mail & Newsgroups.
Click on Mail Servers.
Click on Edit under incoming mail servers.
Enter your new username.
Click OK.
Enter your new username in the Outgoing Mail Servers Username.
Click OK.
