Go to mail.illicom.net
Enter your user id (username for Conxxus, do not put @illicom.net) and password (password for IlliCom)
A screen will come up welcoming you to Conxxus's Web Mail, click on continue...
The menu screen will then come up.
If Inbox is bold, this means there are new messages in your inbox. If you click on Inbox, it will show you a list of your new messages. You can also go to View Mail to see the messages in your inbox.
To open a new message, click on the information in the subject area.
To send a message, click on the compose tab.
To search for a specific message, click on the search tab and enter in information from a message that you want to search for.
The help tab has a different option for each of the other tabs.
(For example - if you are on the compose tab and need help sending an e-mail,
click on help and it will give you directions on how to send an e-mail
or if you are on the menu tab and want to know what each folder means,
you can click on help and it will tell you what each folder is.)
Account options in the upper right corner lets you personalize your e-mails sent through Web Mail. You can change your preferences, add a signature to your e-mails, edit your address book, plus much more!
When you are done with Web Mail, just click Log Off.
